ELDER AND LEAD PASTOR
Aaron Shamp (MA, New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary) is the founder and lead pastor of Redeemer City Church. He is also a writer, speaker, and host of the podcast Filter: Biblical Clarity in a Confusing World. Aaron and his wife Layla live in Scott with their two children. Justin Courville
LAY ELDER
Justin Courville (MBA, University of Louisiana) is an engineering consultant and project manager. He has worked with local companies, international corporations, and federal agencies. Justin brings together his business experience and passion for people to serve Redeemer as a lay elder. Justin and his wife Kendra live in Lafayette with their three children and two dogs.

LAY ELDER AND WORSHIP LEADER
Leagan Vidrine (BS, University of Louisiana) is a mechanical engineer and pilot for Gulf Air. He was an original member of the launch team for Redeemer City Church. Leagan has served in many different roles over the years, and he currently serves as a lay elder and worship leader. He lives in Lafayette and is passionate about local culture.
